      I am on my 2nd bag. I move around a lot and can’t wear socks when I sleep. I use a little medical tape for extra stick . I’m menopausal. These help me immediately go back to sleep when I wake up through out the night. Valerian root is really good for women’s sleep.

      I am not sure what to think about these foot pads. I don't know if they are really pulling out toxins or whatever but the herbs in them can't hurt. I do think they work to help relax me so I can sleep better and that benefit alone is worth it to me. I have to wear thin socks because the adhesion does roll slightly and can stick. They go on easily and come off easy. Overall, I do think they have some benefits

      Pretty cool to see what it looks like in the morning. Def wear socks that you don't care about. Have to use them religiously se get the benefits

      I can really notice a difference after using these pads. I sleep better when I have them on. In the morning, after taking them off, I really feel like my legs are lighter and I feel better. They're comfortable to wear.
