Trevalisse™ Return & 60-Night Results Guarantee Policy

Standard 10-Day Return Policy

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oral devices cannot be restocked or resold and are not eligible for return under the standard 10-day policy.

To request a return, contact support@trevalisse.com before sending any item back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.


Opened Product Resolution

If the product has been opened or used, it does not qualify for a standard return due to hygiene regulations.

However, within 10 days of delivery, customers may request a 30% partial refund of the purchase price. In such cases:

  • The product does not need to be returned.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Limit one partial refund per order.

  • Trevalisse™ reserves the right to deny requests that show abuse of policy.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@trevalisse.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used oral/personal care products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous or regulated materials


Trevalisse™ 60-Night Results Guarantee

Trevalisse™ is designed to help reduce snoring. Because individual adjustment periods vary, consistent nightly use for 60 consecutive nights is required before eligibility for a performance-based refund.

If after 60 consecutive nights of documented use you do not experience measurable improvement in snoring reduction, you may submit a claim under the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  1. The device must be used for 60 consecutive nights.

  2. Snoring must be measured using a recognized snoring-tracking mobile application.

  3. You must provide:

    • Baseline snoring data (minimum 5 recorded nights before use)

    • 60 consecutive nights of tracked data during use

    • Clear screenshots demonstrating no measurable reduction

  4. A written confirmation of consistent nightly use.

  5. The claim must be submitted within 7 days of completing the 60-night period.

  6. Purchase must have been made directly from the official Trevalisse™ website.

  7. Limit one 60-night guarantee claim per customer or household.

Failure to provide complete documentation may result in denial.

Trevalisse™ reserves the right to verify submitted data and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Trevalisse™ is intended to help reduce snoring. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep apnea or other medical conditions. Individuals with suspected or diagnosed sleep apnea should consult a licensed healthcare professional.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains unopened and unused in original packaging.

Opened oral-use products are excluded for hygiene reasons.


Refund Processing

If a return or approved claim is accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
